Ludovic Boulanger

After studying actuarial science at Marne-la-Vallée, I began my professional career in life & health consultancy and, at the same time, continued my studies at the CNAM to obtain the title of actuary. I particularly enjoyed the diversity of the assignments and meeting the clients.

After 5 great years in this domain, I had the opportunity to develop my technical expertise at two reinsurance companies, for 7 years, mainly on technical subjects linked to reserving and modelling.

However, as I was really attracted by the ‘front-end’ market and wished to gain a better understanding of the issues faced by insurers in purchasing reinsurance cover, I couldn't resist the opportunity to join BPCE Vie as a life reinsurance expert. As a result, I was able to take part in a number of projects and optimise the reinsurance plan in various ways, while interacting with brokers and reinsurers.

So it was natural that I wished to join Arundo Re as an underwriter so that I could put my knowledge at the disposal of clients and the company to respond as best I could to all the needs expressed to me.
