A brief overview
I joined Arundo Re in September 2021 as Senior Underwriter for Latin America.
Before my arrival to Arundo Re, I held the position of Treaty Senior Underwriter (Non-Life) for Latin America for one of the leading reinsurers in the region. Between 2018 and 2021 I was based in Atlanta, USA.
I have a degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of the Americas in Puebla (Mexico) and I have worked in the insurance sector for more than 17 years.
I bring experience from claims, underwriting, actuarial and reinsurance departments, both from the point of view of the cedant and the reinsurer.
With my actuarial background and knowledge of the region, I would like to act as a bridge between Arundo Re and clients, bringing a perspective of the local business environment while remaining focused on a technical view.
