Corporate Philanthropy Committee
Acting for a meaningful cause.
Each year, through our Corporate Philanthropy Committee, employees can  put forward and support non-profit organizations engaged in humanitarian, social, or environmental fields. In 2025, 10 non-profit organizations were supported:

Cultural Philanthropy

We are proud to support the first edition of the Jolis Chœurs Festival, a unique event dedicated to young people, created and organized by the Opéra-Comique from February 1 to 14, 2026.
This festival celebrates choral singing and the transmission of culture, and illustrates our commitment to initiatives that promote access to culture and artistic education for young audiences.
This collaboration reflects our values: openness, transmission, and support for meaningful initiatives.

Skills-Based Philanthropy
At Arundo Re, we believe every young person deserves an opportunity to build their future. That’s why we have established long-term partnerships with the École de la Deuxième Chance and the Un Stage et Après association.

These collaborations provide practical support to young people who face barriers to employment or lack formal qualifications: CV workshops, mock interviews, internship mentoring and workplace immersion.

Our employees contribute through skills-based volunteering, sharing their expertise and mentoring young people as they explore potential career paths. Together, we help young people begin their professional journey with confidence, fostering equal opportunity and promoting social inclusion.
Employee Engagement
Beyond skills-based philanthropy, our employees also get involved in for solidarity and civic initiatives. These may include charity runs such as Les Foulées de l’Assurance or Paris–Saint-Germain-en-Laye, blood drives in partnership with the EFS, or clothing donations for La Cravate Solidaire.

These concrete actions reflect our commitment to social responsibility while strengthening internal cohesion.

In 2025, our teams covered hundreds of kilometres to support medical research and actively participated in donation campaigns, illustrating the power of collective action for meaningful causes.
Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity is a lever for performance and innovation as well as a principle of fairness. We fight all forms of discrimination and promote inclusion at every stage of the employee journey. This commitment is supported by concrete frameworks (available in French only): These frameworks guide our practices and structure our awareness-raising and social dialogue initiatives.

We make inclusion part of everyday life through impactful initiatives that raise awareness and encourage solidarity: EDEW (The European Disability Employment Week), joint initiatives with the French Handisport Federation, donation campaigns and internal mobilisations shared across our platforms. These initiatives foster a respectful, open and demanding corporate culture that serves everyone’s career path.
Para table tennis performance
As a partner of the French Handisport Federation since 2019, Arundo Re has given even more meaning to this partnership by sponsoring the purchase of a sports wheelchair for Maéva Olivier, a young high-level paralympic table tennis athlete.

Arundo Re reaffirmed the value of its existing initiatives to promote gender equality in the workplace, achieving an impressive score of 96 out of 100.

The agreement on workplace gender equality and quality of life at work was renewed indefinitely on February 3rd, 2026, with management and social partners reaffirming their commitment to continue actions on gender equality, notably by:

  • Developing gender diversity across roles and responsibility levels from recruitment onwards
  • Increasing promotions for women
  • Ensuring equal treatment in goal-setting, individual raises and bonus payments for all relevant categories
  • Taking measures to guarantee fair pay
  • Encouraging experience-sharing among women who have progressed in their careers
  • Establishing and promoting women’s networks to foster dialogue and experience-sharing
