A brief overview
Over the years, I have gained experience in the re/insurance and consulting industry and worked with global MNC insurers, intermediaries, MGA/MGU, partners, and vendors in APAC, Europe and Middle East. I have extensive knowledge and skills in business and market development, sales, strategy, partner engagement, project and P/L management, client proposition, portfolio analytics, underwriting and pricing, product development, and building impactful teams.
I am a regular speaker and moderator at industry events and conferences, my alma mater and other business schools. I am also a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
I am the author of a book on 'Group Benefits and Health Insurance' for the Singapore College of Insurance.
I joined Arundo Re in 2024 as Director of Life & Health, heading the business unit with a global scope.
I aspire to contribute to the growth and transformation of the re/insurance market and to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning within the industry.
As the Life & Health landscape continues to evolve, I am eager to drive sustained growth by focusing on strategic, long-term partnerships that bring lasting value to clients and stakeholders.
