A brief overview
Bertrand Labilloy is Chief Executive Officer of Arundo Re (ex- CCR Re).
He began his career in the senior civil service in 1993, where he successively held high-level supervisory and regulatory positions at the Insurance Supervisory Authority, the French Treasury Directorate, and the European Commission.
He then served as Corporate Finance Director at Calyon until 2006, before becoming Director for Economic and Financial Affairs at the French Federation of Insurance Companies (FFSA).
Before the privatization of Arundo Re, he was Chief Executive Officer of Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) since 2015.
He is also a member of the Executive Committee of APREF, after a five-year term as Vice-President of the association.
He is a graduate of École Polytechnique and ENSAE (École Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Économique), a certified actuary, and a fellow of the French Institute of Actuaries.
Since the end of 2024, he has also been Chairman of the Board of the Musée Rodin.
